2025 ACCOMPLISHMENTS

In March 2025, the Moms and Me organization, under the leadership of Ijeoma Bennett, hosted a Skills Building Day. Drawing from her experience as a small business owner, Bennett emphasized the importance of real-world skills such as communication, accountability, and decision-making.

In May 2025, the Moms and Me organization, with our incredible guest speaker, Jessica Roundtree, hosted a day celebrating our recent college graduates for the class of 2025

May 2025, Moms and Me awarded scholarships to girls in Nigeria, to support their secondary education. Our guest speaker Mrs Regina Ogwuegbu, provided empowering words of encouragement to the young girls.

In August 2025, the Moms & Me organization hosted the Summer Enrichment Workshop, an exciting in-person event for girls ages 8–15 focused on building confidence, character, and life skills through sessions on conflict resolution, skill building, and personal growth.

In November 2025, the Moms & Me organization, with our inspiring guest speaker Jasmine Fields, hosted Peaceful Pathways, a free event empowering women to handle conflicts with confidence and grace

In December 2025, Moms and Me proudly donated non-perishable food items to 50 families as part of our annual give-back initiative. This event was a meaningful way to support and uplift families in our community during the holiday season.
